Our
maxim in the kitchen: nature and traditionThe main
attraction here in the Dolomites, at an elevation of 1.548 meters,
is nature, which is also a major feature of our cuisine. We use
aromatic herbs and vegetables that we grow ourselves in
our garden, while milk, eggs and meat are
supplied by the local farmers.

select all the ingredients needed to create the
delicious typical dishes of this region as well as
international specialities. You will be served excellent food,
designed to fortify you after an adventurous day in the Dolomites. |

enjoyment complete, there is a charming traditional dining room
with wood panelling and comfortable stoves, plus a
bar and terrace to sit around and chat. And don’t
forget: it is not just the mountain air that makes our
dishes so exquisite! |
