Our head chef, Hanspeter, gladdens your heart and palate with delicious
South Tyrolean specialities, traditional
Mediterranean culinary delights and special delicacies
from the farmhouse kitchen.
Fresh and natural produce plays an essential
part. The ingredients come predominantly from the local
neighbourhood or directly from the herb garden
next door. On request we are also pleased to be able to cater to
special dietary needs such as gluten or lactose-free.
